This is Harbor Pilates at its best- core, form & function, and is recommended for those getting started as well as those who have been here awhile. Every exercise can be modified to make it a great fit for everyone. Expect to get a challenging full body workout including abs, arms & glutes…All levels. All levels are welcome to attend this 45 minute class. Whether you're a beginner or you've taken reformer class for some time, you will enjoy working on core, flexibility, upper and lower body strength training during the session. Client should be injury free to attend this class of 12-18.
