Moving to Mastery is a dynamic and fast-paced Reformer class designed for those who want more of a challenge. This class requires precision in form and alignment and high levels of balance and control. Our proficient mind/body connection allows us to create a powerful rhythm and flow to each session. Cardio elements are added to challenge the body and bring out your fierce inner athlete. *Moving to Mastery is recommended for those without physical limitations and requires teacher approval.
What to wear? Whatever you are comfortable moving in. Many wear leggings, long sleeves, tanks but truly what feels best. Layering is always a good option.
