About the Class

Approval is required to enter this class. Folks at all levels can participate but preparation to partake is important. REFORMER, ROLLER, FOOTWORK, BREATH & MINDFULNESS PRACTICE: This class is a playful, deep and rich experimental movement hour where we practice releasing mind driven creativity and observe and heed the guidance of the body's capacity to receive inspiration. Our benefits are always a calmer, more grounded nervous system, less tension, aches and pains, deeper fuller breath, clearer mindsets and happier attitudes, refreshed energy and a greater sense of connection to self, our well-being, and the world around us. That's a lot. But we thrive on this practice. If you're intrigued please check out the prerequisites. The roots of this class are the same as our ONLINE class using balls, bands and rollers. Here we use the studio reformers as well. PREREQUISITES: - If must be pain/injury free or, at least, familiar with your issues and your body's responses. - Class requires a willingness & desire to develop presence and follow your body's cues. The primary goal of this class is to observe the wisdom and truth of the body and honor it's state in a mindset of love and respect so that it may develop. - No experience on the Reformer required but at least ONE PRIVATE SESSION IS.
