Special Instructions

PREREQUISITES: If must be pain/injury free or, at least, familiar with your issues and your body's responses. If you are not please reach out to prepare for these classes in a private session. Class requires a willingness to develop presence and follow your body's cues. No experience on the Reformer required but a private session is strongly recommended. Primary goal should be to increase your satisfaction by strengthening the relationship between your mind and body. These lessons are aimed at all levels (if you can get up and down from the floor you're all set) and will include use of a full MELT roller (36“), Melt balls, 4” Balanced Body Balls & a light and heavy theraband. show less
