Pilates Studio

Rockford Pilates Studio is a boutique pilates studio in the
heart of downtown Rockford, MI. Our group classes are small (6
people or less) to allow for attentive instruction, and the private
and semi-private sessions are tailored to exactly what your body
needs. Using a variety of the best pilates equipment in the
industry, we offer high quality, client-centered instruction with
classes to suit every body.

Foundations Package Semi-Private

Two 50-minute private reformer sessions. This is for anyone new to pilates or new to a reformer practice. It gives you a chance to experience our teaching style and allows us to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to determine how to best help you reach your goals. Whether you are looking for private training or wanting to join a group, this is a perfect place to begin!
