About the Appointment

FOR NEW STUDENTS ONLY: All new students are required to complete an initial consultation that serves as an introductory workout and assessment. The instructor will introduce you to the fundamental pilates exercises and assess your movement in order to determine the most appropriate path to helping you reach your fitness goals. After the initial consultation, your instructor may recommend that you do a minimum of three more private sessions as part of the discounted Introductory Pack, or he or she might recommend that you join a group class.
