Using the Principle of Pilates ( Concentraion, Control, Centering, Precision, Fluidity, and Breathe) . We will be incorporateing these into interval training and giving each sessions “100 percent”. We will be using weights, bands, reformer, and floor exercises. This will be a cardio workout as well. A faster paced class, so this is not recommend to be someone's first pilates class.
In this class, we step away from the reformer and get to the floor! Many people are scared of the floor, we want to work on this fear. If you don't want to get down on a MAT, this class is not for you.
