Two 55-minute Private Sessions and three 50-minute Group Training Sessions. Private sessions will be used to introduce and familiarize you with all of the equipment. Focus will be on developing a program tailored to your individual needs and fitness goals. Emphasis will be group training preparedness. * Group training sessions will have 2 to 4 people and your instructor will conduct class accordingly to welcome you, the newcomer while maintaining a flow for the rest of the attendants. We are trained to teach this way and take pride in facilitating this teaching style. *If it is deemed necessary by your instructor and/or yourself, additional private sessions may be recommended.
