Kate is a performing artist, choreographer, wife and mother. She sought the GYROTONIC® work in order to compliment her training as a professional dancer and address a nagging injury. In 2016, Kate began offering Montana residents the opportunity to explore this movement system. She sees clients with a variety of movement interest; from athletes seeking to increase their performance, to dancers deepening their technique and artistry, to people recovering from joint injuries, or simply those with the desire to move with more confidence and ease in daily life.  Kate is a certified trainer in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®methods, as well as specialized equipment. Kate continues to participate in educational courses, primarily under Master Trainer Debra Rose at San Francisco GYROTONIC®.
