"Nothing changes until something moves."— Albert Einstein I am classically certified through Peak Pilates and have been teaching since 2022! I recently moved to Missoula from Bozeman where I taught at a private studio and MSU (don't hold it against me). Pilates isn't just a workout, it's something we carry in our bodies throughout our lives allowing us to live better. I believe everything we learn in the studio can and should be brought into our daily lives and carried over into everything we do.
