Elizabeth (Z) Williams has been passionate about Pilates for many years and has now completed her Pilates mat teacher training. Z is now going through her comprehensive Pilates apparatus training which she will finish up later in 2025. She is offering Beginner level classes to clients who are ready to begin Pilates.
