About the Class

The goal of the Beginner series is to develop movement skills with the Beginner or Basic level repertoire. Focus is on fluidity of movement, range of motion, depth of connection. Accessories are used & Basic to Intermediate movements can be prepped.  As we move into the Progessions series, the client is challenged using the theories of proximal to distal & spring changes. Intermediate movements are introduced, progressed, & transitions emphasized.
