Intermediate Group Mat Class

Pilates Body Shaping is the
Teacher Training Center for Romana's Pilates in North
Carolina.  All of our instructors are trained
through this extensive certification program which takes a
minimum of a year and a half to complete. 
Our spacious, quiet studio houses
only the finest equipment to allow for one-on-one instruction and
small group mat/tower classes. Your workout will be geared toward
what your body needs, address muscular imbalances, and modify for
any injuries and/or physical challenges.

Pilates Body Shaping

10 fifty minute classes limited to 7 participants.  Prior experience in Romana's Pilates is required.  Class level is generally "Intermediate" but can vary depending on the needs of the group.  Classes take place on stationary mats attached to wall units (not on reformers).  Pack of classes must be used within a year of purchase date.

10 Mat/Tower Pack

20 fifty minute classes limited to 7 participants.  Prior experience in Romana's Pilates is required.  Class level is generally "Intermediate" but can vary depending on the needs of the group.  Classes take place on stationary mats attached to wall units (not on reformers).  Package must be used within 1 year of purchase date.
