Since 2005, Core Integrity Pilates has been
a beacon of authentic movement wisdom in Greensboro, NC and the
surrounding Piedmont Triad area. Within our enchanting and
welcoming studio, we offer a genuine movement experience for every
body. Located in the charming Revolution Mill, our upscale boutique
fitness haven presents an inclusive and uplifting atmosphere,
enriched by exceptional instruction and a supportive, fun-loving
community. From the moment you cross the threshold, you'll be
enveloped in warmth—savor the soothing aroma of healing essential
oils, bask in the glow of salt lamps, admire the ever-changing art

With over 32 years of combined experience
as master trainers and professional dancers, Amanda Smith and Hope
Wolfe offer CIP patrons tailored exercise programs that cater to
their unique needs. They accommodate (and celebrate!) all
fitness levels, experiences, injuries, ages, gender identities, and
body types or sizes.​

This is the best way to set yourself up for success before moving into small group sessions.

3 "duet" sessions (you + your bestie, your brother or your boo thang) at a deep discount to help new clients acclimate to the instructors, our equipment, the studio's vibe and to Pilates, if it's new to you! This is a wonderful way to get a solid introduction to the method while sharing the cost with a pal. Participating in an Introductory offer will set you up for success moving into small group sessions.

Please note, if you choose to start with the intro duets, you will not be eligible to also take the Intro Private sessions.
