Welcome to Thrive Pilates Center. Offering in-person, virtual,
& mobile sessions, group classes, monthly programs, all-access
memberships, on-demand video library, workshops & more. A
center rooted in Keene, NH helping people in all bodies
worldwide!
Thrive Pilates Center trains with Balanced Body Pilates
apparatus for in-person clients, and home props for virtual and
hybrid clients. Walk-in and by-appointment, you can also work with
Kelley through her on-demand video library and high access coaching
programs that give you accountability, consistency, and guidance
between sessions. 
Thrive Intuitive Eating Program coaches through either the
virtual platform or in-person weekly 1:1 sessions using a variety
of learning tools and prompts.
