Reformer Adv Level Class
About the Class
This is an IN-PERSON Advanced Level Group Reformer Class - This class is open to ONLY Advanced Level clients. In these classes, all clients must be proficient in all basic Pilates RNJ choreography, able to respond appropriately to verbal cues and be able to smoothly transition between exercises, This will be a fast paced class and the requirements ensure the safest environment for all participants. As always: - sticky socks are required (we sell them on site for $4-$9) - masking is optional however if you are concerned, please feel free to wear a mask throughout the class. Of course, we suggest the very breathable and protective Cloud Mask.

This means that you will need a reformer at your location and will receive a Zoom link with which you can participate in the class.
