Our studio has been serving the Tri-County area for over 25
years.  Pilates Plus offers Small Group Equipment classes 3 -
6 students per class. This allows our fully Certified and
Experienced Teachers develop a class that can challenge every
fitness level.  Priavte and Duet sessions are also
available.
All classes and sessions are by appointment only.  This
allows a safe environment for our staff and students.  Giving
our students an hour for total self care and privacy.
