The Pilates Reformer is an exciting and fun apparatus that provides finely tuned resistance with a series of springs and ropes. Pilates Reformer training builds strength, increases flexibility and agility, and develops optimal core strength. It is an excellent supplement to Barre and Pilates Mat. You will strengthen the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine which will improve your posture, balance and core strength while sculpting your body. * Either previous Reformer experience or a private intro to Pilates session is required before registering for this class.
