Reformer Pilates Advanced

At Fit Heart & Soul I have created classes that are on the
Pilates Reformer and TRX.  There is something for all age
levels and most skill levels.  Most classes can accomidate
every level. I provide classes that will challenge you and make you
feel better about yourself.
The Pilates Reformer is resistance created by the pulley an
spring system. The Reformer provides a challenging strength and
endurance workout.  Ther Reformer is a unique apporatice that
will do the following;

Builds core strength
Improves posture & alignment
Increases muscular tone
Positive body awareness
Increases flexibility
Enhances sport performance

TRX Total Resistance Exercise is a suspension system.  The
TRX allows you to use your own body weight as resistance.  The
TRX will improve strength, cardio, and flexibilty.  TRX can be
used for almost every skill level.
