About the Class

BEGINNERS   This class focuses on body alignment, core strength, muscle imbalances, balance, and posture. Through traditional Pilates exercises, you’ll engage smaller, deeper muscles, helping you build muscle mass more efficiently, ease your everyday workouts, and reduce joint pain.   You will learn to activate your authentic core connection, naturally decompressing your spine, alleviating back pain, and restoring optimal spinal alignment. Expect to stand taller, feel stronger, and move like your best self.   BEGINNERS challenges you to move with more control, precision, and in a smaller range of motion, engaging both your body and mind. This class is perfect if you are:   • New to Reformer Pilates, as it introduces the reformer machine and foundational moves. • Looking to revisit the Pilates principles and refine your practice.   We recommend attending at least 10 beginner classes if you are new to Pilates. However, since everyone progresses at different levels, please consult with your trainer if you are unsure which class level is best for you.   GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED for stability and hygiene.
