About the Class

BEGINNERS+ STRENGTH   This class will challenge you to move with greater control and precision, engaging both your body and mind. It introduces weights and more advanced moves, making it the perfect next step if you’ve completed the BEGINNERS class and are ready for something more intense.   Expect progressive exercises that push your strength and coordination to the next level. You’ll experience a deeper connection to your movements and develop endurance as you progress.   We recommend completing at least 10 Beginner classes if you’re new to Pilates. Since everyone progresses differently, please consult with your trainer if you’re unsure which class level is right for you.   GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED for stability and hygiene

Special Instructions
