“REFORMER + CARDIO” is an invigorating fitness class that combines the strength-building benefits of reformer Pilates with high-energy cardio elements. This class focuses on core strengthening while simultaneously elevating the heart rate to maximize calorie burn. It incorporates a blend of reformer-based exercises with modern cardio techniques like High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), sets, and functional training moves off the reformer. Key features of the class include: Combination Movement Patterns: Dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements for a balanced, total-body workout. Rhythmic Progression: Workouts follow a structured rhythm to ensure the movements flow efficiently. Modern Cardio Fusion: A mix of modern cardio techniques combined with elongating and resistance exercises on the reformer. This class is ideal for individuals who have previous experience in Pilates or have completed at least 10 beginner classes. It offers a comprehensive approach to resistance training and core sculpting while maintaining a fun and upbeat atmosphere. Important Details: Previous Pilates experience is required, or you must have completed at least 10 beginner classes. Not suitable for pre- and post-natal participants. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and grip during the workout. Overall, it promises a sweaty, smile-inducing session that's both challenging and enjoyable!
