 
Pilates Zone is a fully
classical apparatus boutique studio. We are committed to the
teaching and practice Joseph Pilates originally designed and
developed. We believe that Pilates is a lifestyle and not just
another form of exercise. Our professional teachers will guide you
on your Pilates journey so you can apply what you learn to every
day life. Classes are limited to 4 to ensure proper form and
alignment. 
Our mission is to heal your body, mind, and spirit
through mindful, controlled movement and breathwork in a fun and
