Julie Grenier is a dedicated and passionate Pilates and fitness instructor originally from Massachusetts. She moved to NYC at 18 to attend Conservatory and pursue a career in the Performing Arts. She gained performance credits from Symphony Space, Brooklyn Dance Festival, the Special Olympics, and Synthesis Too under the direction of Tracie Stanfield. She has been teaching dance for over a decade and teaching fitness for more than 5 years. She loves to help people become strong, fit and the healthiest version of themselves. She strives to provide an experience that is challenging and enjoyable to all with a focus on individual attention to nurture each client’s unique experience. In addition to Pilates and barre fitness, she also holds her ACE Group Fitness and 200HR yoga certifications.
