About the Class

This is an open level ONLINE Pilates Mat Class. In your profile, under notifications, you must select YES TO RECEIVING NEWS AND UPDATES to receive the class link.  Alternatively if you are booked into the class you can log into your account and you'll be prompted to join the class. ALL BOOKED CLASSES HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
