*Solo Adventure Instructions Guide*   Welcome to your Solo Adventure Movement session! We are excited to embark on this journey with you to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please take note of the following special instructions:   1. Attire:    - Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows freedom of movement.    - Please remove shoes and socks before beginning your session.   2. Hydration and Nutrition:    - Stay hydrated before your session, but avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before your appointment.    - Light snacks like fruits or nuts are okay if you need some energy.   3. Punctuality:    - Arrive on time for your scheduled session to make the most of your time with the instructor.    - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.   4. Communicate:    - Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations you may have. This will help customize your session to your specific needs.    - If you experience discomfort, pain, or any unusual sensations during your session, communicate this immediately to your instructor.   5.
