Experience the best of Pilates in Tower and Chair Flow, a seamless fusion of Tower stability and Chair versatility. This class combines core engagement, balance work, and controlled strength exercises to create a challenging, full-body workout that enhances flexibility, alignment, and mind-body connection. Please Note: This is an intermediate to Advanced class, designed for those with prior Pilates experience. Due to the complexity of the movements and equipment, instructor approval is required to attend. Not suitable for beginners. INSTRUCTOR'S APPROVAL REQUIRED TO ATTEND!

INSTRUCTOR's APPROVAL REQUIRED TO ATTEND! Important: For your safety and hygiene - GRIP SOCKS and TOWELS (size 11x34) are mandatory for all Pilates reformer sessions.
