Pilates Jumpboard Reformer LEVEL 2 class is a low-impact cardio workout mixed with classic Pilates exercises that emphasizes legs and abs. The class is designed to improve deep core stabilization, coordination, cardiovascular health, flexibilty, and total body strength from head-to-toe! Experience supine, side-lying, and arm-jumping for an effective cardio Reformer workout. Level 2: Requires good balance, coordination & body awareness. Jump intervals will be longer in this class. CONTRAINDICATIONS: This class is not suitable for pregnant, postpartum, chronic/serious back conditions, hip/knee/ankle issues or vertigo.
