Pilates Level 2 is a full-body workout that builds on the foundations of Level 1 while incorporating more advanced exercise variations and choreography. Coordination, balance, and stability will be further challenged by exercises that include standing on the Pilates Reformer. This class moves at a faster pace compared to Level 1, and is suitable for anyone with previous Pilates Reformer experience who can transition quickly between exercises. Though athletic individuals new to Pilates may perform well in this class, we still encourage taking a few Level 1 classes to learn how to move around a Pilates Reformer before taking this more challenging class.
