Pilates Studio






Cost: $20. This class will be taught
by an Apprentice Pilates Instructor.  Take this class if
you're new(er) to the Reformer.  This class is geared toward
individuals who have little to no experience on the Pilates
apparatus. We will cover beginner (beginner doesn't necessarily
mean “easy” ;) exercises, and equipment set-up on the Reformer. The
intent is for you to feel comfortable moving into the intermediate
level classes. Can’t wait to welcome you to our studio!






Classes

$20 Beginner Reformer !

The Pilates Principle was founded in 2003 by Nuhar Jaleel,
a licensed physical therapist, and a Pilates and GYROTONIC®
exercise instructor. For many years, we have been delivering
unparalleled instruction in the Pilates and GYROTONIC® exercise
methods. If you want to get started with private instruction,
Nuhar sees every new client for his or her first lesson.
 Nuhar’s professional experience has taught her to be
efficient in choosing which exercise system will educate the client
most effectively to attain the clients’ stated goals.  If
you'd like to get started with group classes, we can advise you on
a good fit if you're not sure where to start.  Both Pilates
and GYROTONIC® exercise will leave you feeling looser, taller, and
less tense in the neck and low back.  Pilates uses springs for
resistance, and Gyrotonic® uses a weight-and-pulley system. 
We offer private/semi-private instruction and group classes in both
methods, and we have two, fully-equipped studios, one dedicated
to each exercise method.  Our staff is a wonderful,
dedicated, hard-working group of individuals. We hope you enjoy the
special atmosphere we've created.
