This class requires prior experience on the equipment. Class will move at an intermediate pace. This class utilizes the apparatus called the “tower” or essentially a wall-mounted Cadillac. This class will entail several traditional Pilates mat exercises, along with spring resistance giving the participant a balanced, whole-body workout. Arm springs, leg springs, roll-down bar, and push-through bar will be utilized in each class.
