This 50 minute class will run through a full-body Pilates reformer series. All levels welcome. Class is limited to 5 people to ensure attention to detail. We recommend starting with Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer if you are new to Pilates. Learn how to use the equipment, properly transition, and change your own springs.
Entrance on 106th off of Broadway. Enter through VIP Fitness and head down the staircase.
