Our Studio
RTL Center is a fully-equipped Pilates &
Functional Movement studio located in the heart of midtown
Manhattan, New York City. We offer Private and Duet sessions as well as
Pilates, Barre, and Yoga classes for all levels of
fitness.
 
Our Mission
RTL
was created to share the profound impact that Pilates can have on
all aspects of your life. Our instructors are highly skilled and
passionate and our support staff is the friendliest
around.

Pilates session at RTL will challenge your strength, coordination,
and stability, but most importantly we will empower you to
understand your body better, so that you can carry the work into
your everyday life.
We
pride ourselves in helping you find new and more efficient ways of
moving, and we tailor each session to your body, your needs,
and your goals. Our instructors’ extraordinary attention to
detail will help you discover the nuances and depth of all
exercises and challenge you to reconsider your ideas about what a
work out means.
