This Level 1/2 class is designed for begginer/intermediate guests. This one hour class will be a moderate pace, challenging, and full body workout using all the different aparatuses. *Signs you are ready for a Level 1/2 Class* - You know how to adjust the machines by yourself without the help of an instructor -You know what springs to use for each exercise - You know the order of the exercises -You are familiar with any/all modifications you need without the cueing of an instructor.
