This class is a slower pace, and perfect for new comers, and begginer/intermediate Everyone is welcome to this class as it will be a challenging and full body workout! *Signs you belong in a Level 1 class* - You do not know how to adjust the machines/apparatus approprietly without the help of your instructor. - You do not know what springs you should use for each exercise - You do not know/remember the order of exercises - You need modifications for spinal, neck or joint injuries or pains.
