Mat group classes are available at various days/times. Classes are low impact but highly beneficial for any fitness level, from a top athlete to one new to exercise. The focus in pilates is not to do many many reps, but to do a few with complete concentration, precision, and flow...with all movements coming from your center (core), while incorporating the breath into each movement.
