It is a great class at the end of long week aimed at reversing all the mental and physical stresses of the week. It is a little slower paced than the traditional Reformer class. Who Should Come: 1.It is a great class for those new to Pilates Reformer, 2.Those recovering from an injury 3.Someone who wants to move gently at the end of long week.
