Claudia at core movement Pilates completely shatters that fear from the moment you walk in. Her Pilates classes are one of the most welcoming, inclusive, and beginner-friendly fitness environments I’ve ever experienced. No matter your level, whether it’s your very first class or you’ve been practicing for years Claudia meets you exactly where you are. She explains movements clearly, offers modifications without judgment, and genuinely encourages you to listen to your body. You never feel rushed, singled out, or behind. What really sets Claudia apart is her energy. She creates a space that feels safe, positive, and empowering. Cannot recommend her studio enough, this is a great addition to the community!
