Level 2 Pole Fitness: This class is designed for students who have mastered the fundamentals of pole fitness and are ready to take their skills to the next level. In Level 2, you'll build strength, improve flexibility, and learn intermediate spins, transitions, and basic climbs. The focus will be on refining your technique, combining moves into fluid sequences, and beginning to work on inversions. This class is perfect for those who want to challenge themselves and continue their pole fitness journey in a supportive, fun, and energetic environment. Prior pole experience is required.
