Spin Pole Fitness is a dynamic and exhilarating workout that combines elements of dance, gymnastics, and strength training using a spinning pole. Unlike static pole workouts, where the pole remains stationary, spin pole classes use a rotating pole, which adds an extra layer of challenge as participants must control their movements while the pole spins. This workout engages the entire body, particularly the core, arms, legs, and upper body, improving flexibility, balance, and endurance. Spin Pole Fitness is not only a physically demanding exercise but also a fun and empowering way to build confidence, coordination, and grace. Please note: While you can book this class online through our system, payment will be collected directly by Limitless Aerial Fitness at the time of class.
