Dancing Hammock Pilates & Movement is a Boutique Studio with
the fitness concept that Exercise Should NOT be Boring or Painful!
We teach classes using three POWERFUL and EFFECTIVE movement
modalities: Contemporary Pilates Repertoire on the Reformer, Tower,
and Chair, Christopher Harrison's AntiGravity® Fitness, and
Rebounding on the best mini-trampoline on the market, the bellicon®
Rebounder. Together, Dancing Hammock Pilates & Movement
provides Low-Impact, Core-Based fitness, that strengthens muscles
and improves mobility, all in an encouraging atmosphere with well
trained instructors. We emphasize spinal decompression and
elongation, and challenge overall capacity of the body. ALL
movements and exercises can be modified for every fitness level.
