Instructor
Dancing Hammock Pilates & Movement
Nadya's movement background started at a young age with ballet and dance in her hometown of Stavropol, Russia. Her own experience with spinal scoliosis led her to discover the healing benefits of Yoga and Pilates, and through diligent hard work, education, and training, she was able to correct and strengthen her posture. She is YRT500 certified (yoga), and received her Pilates training in 2018 through Pilates Sports Center (PSC) out of California. She has attended educational workshops in various subjects, including Pelvic Floor Strength and Stability, Athletic Conditioning, and Scoliosis, to name a few. Her experience with breathwork, mindfulness, and conscientious movement resonates in her calm, yet challenging teaching style. Nadya is a very passionate instructor and compassionate individual. She practices a healthy lifestyle and inspires others to stay motivatived and live a balanced life. We are happy to have Nadya back at DHP until November, where she teaches multi-level classes and Private sessions with inclusivity and creativity. Do not be fooled by her soft and gentle nature; her sessions are as tough as they are kind!
