Balanced Body Reformers, Towers, Jumbo Jump Boards, Combo Chairs,
Foot and Spine Correctors and much more. Offering private classes,
Duets and small group Pilates classes as well as stretch-massage
and meditation classes.

This one of a kind studio is filled with light and positive energy
and caters to a broad range of clientele. You’ll be filled with
pure gratitude and relaxation while elevating your physical,
mental, and emotional well being. We provide everything your mind
and body could possibly need.

New to Pilates? This 3 Intro Package is ideal for those who haven't done Pilates before. You will receive 3 private sessions, where you get to know the studio and us the instructors and the equipment. We love to get to know you and your body. Learn about your goals and previous experience. If requested one session can be given by a Physiotherapist.
For new clients only/ can only be used once.
