Switchback Pilates studio offers a mix of Pilates
and Water Rowers geared to meet your unique needs and achieve
maximum results all while having fun.  
Our goal is
to inspire you and give you a personalized experience of the
transformational power of Pilates by providing a comprehensive
approach to exercise and staying true to its core principles and
you.  We don’t teach a particular method, instead, we teach to
your needs and meet you wherever you are on your journey toward
feeling and looking better.  
We offer a
wide variety of group classes for every fitness level including Mat
Pilates, Pilates Equipment, Tower/Rower, semi-private, and private
lessons. Each class is designed to challenge you just enough to
grow to a new level of success and enjoy getting there!
Our warm
and inviting studio is serene and rejuvenating.  We use
natural cleaning products and equipment manufactured from
sustainable materials.  Come in and discover how personalized

The Silver Membership includes: 6 classes/mo with 1 makeup, plus 10% off any other purchases. What if you'd like to take an extra class or two on any given month? We've got you covered! Now we're talking! Increase your practice (and consistency) with 8 classes per month. Gold Membership includes: 8 classes/mo with 2 makeups if needed, plus 15% off any other purchases.
