About the Class

Lets ROW! In this class we begin with Mat exercises as a warmup then we hit the rowers. Working our Pilates principles into the bio-mechanics of the row stroke we sharpen our form and challenge it with drills and intervals. Occasionally we'll get off to smell the flowers and stretch! This class is perfect for those who want a deeper understanding of rowing and like to have fun!
