Session is devoted to one-on-one instruction. A package of 10
sessions is available for $700 and expires one year after

Pilates for Life is a fully equipped boutique studio located in
downtown Franklin, TN.  Studio clients receive personalized
instruction in a quiet, private setting. Gina Pelfrey is a STOTT
PILATES Comprehensive certified instructor offering sessions that
meet the individual needs of each client.  Private and duet
sessions are offered to adults of all ages.
