About the Class

This class is designed to challenge students of all levels offering beginners the opportunity to develop their technique while challenging proficient students to deepen their practice.  This mat class follows the teachings of Joseph Pilates and his method of incorporating the mind, body & spirit to work together, creating, stretch, strength & control in the body.  Excellent practice for all levels of fitness.  The Wednesday 5:00 pm class is more intermediate/advanced and moves at a quick pace.
