45 minute total body workout that includes 25 minutes of thighs, hips glutes and core work at the barre. In addition there's about 10 minutes of light weight lifting to tone and sculpt arms and upper body and 10 minutes of Pilates core work on the mat. Beginners welcome!
If you booked a spot in class in advance, you'll receive a link to the Zoom class in your booking confirmation email AND in your reminder email. The email will be sent to the email address you have in your account with us. You can also join class by logging into your ToddPilates account and clicking My Schedule then choose Join Session next to the class (this must be done PRIOR to class start).
