Shed Pilates + Fitness is a dynamic Pilates
Reformer and personal training studio located within Body
Collective. Shed Pilates + Fitness is for the seasoned athlete
looking to tick-off all of their crosstraining boxes to the workout
enthusiast who just loves “a good burn!” For anyone who is just
starting their fitness journey or a postpartum mom - we welcome all
ages, all bodies, and all fitness levels. Our Foundations, MVMT,
and Total Shred group pilates classes focus on balance, deep core
work, and strength within length while leading you through a
variety of movments. Prepare to walk out feeling taller, stronger,
and lighter. We also offer personal one-on-one training programs
utilizing free weights, kettle bells, and barbells. Shed Pilates +
Fitness is all about the individual's journey, so you only have to
live to your standards. Getting yourself back means setting your
own pace. Get ready to have fun and to get fit on your own
terms.
