After-School Fitness is a fun, inclusive class focusing on total body fitness, cardio, and core exercises for non-competitive and neurodiverse kids. It's a great opportunity for kids to boost their fitness in a friendly, LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse environment. Suggested for children ages 10-16, and parents are welcome to join and work out alongside their kids!
This is a standard fitness class, so your child should be able to participate on their own or with an accompanying adult. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:15-4:45pm. Feel free to join the sessions that work best for your schedule.
